3004 aluminum alloy is a medium-strength, non-heat-treatable alloy primarily composed of
manganese (Mn) and magnesium (Mg). It offers better strength than pure aluminum while
maintaining good formability,weldability, and corrosion resistance.

Limitations
❌ Not as strong as heat-treatable alloys (e.g, 6061).
❌ Lower fatigue resistance compared to 5000 series.
❌ Poor machinability.
