1100 grade is commercially pure aluminum. It is soft and ductile and has excellent workability. It is ideal for
applications involving intricate forming because it work hardens more slowly than other alloys. It is the most
weldable of aluminum alloys, by any method. It is non heat-treatable.

All automatic three-dimensional elevated warehouse
In the area of raw material, the intelligent crane is used to transport ingots, and the three-dimensional elevated warehouse is used to automatically pick up the high-temperature coils produced by the hot and cold rolling machines, and the temperature of the incoming coils is monitored, then the automatic coil transport car is used in the finishing plant to arrange the route according to the process requirements, and the heavy materials are flexibly transported to the subsequent production line or the automatic packaging line.
