The pre-painted steel sheet in coil is a product obtained by subjecting a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet to a surface chemical treatment (coating).
The base metal for ppgi/ppgl consists of cold-rolled steel, hot-dipped galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel and hot-dipped galvalume steel. The coating material can be selected from a range of options, such as polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester, etc.
Prepainted steel sheet is composed of a steel core, metal coating, primer and top coat. Galvanized and Galvalume (Aluzinc) are typically used as substrates. Through pre-treatment, painting, baking and cooling, a protective film is created on its surface. As a result, the steel sheet possesses a number of characteristics, such as durability, corrosion resistance, and pleasant appearance.
In terms of application, Prepainted steel sheet is an ideal choice for a wide range of operations, including roll forming, bending, and deep drawing. It can easily be shaped and crafted using cutting, roll forming, bending, folding, and the like.

Applications:

The steel coils are securely packaged in a bundle, wrapped with plastic or kraft paper, and placed on a wooden pallet to prevent damage during shipping.
The bundles are then shipped to the customer's designated address via truck, train, or ocean freight.
