Construction Grade GI Steel Coil with ASTM Standard and Coil ID 508mm/610mm
Hot dipped GI steel sheet & coil is produced by using the hot-dip process, which is the process of coating
carbon steel with zinc. The end result of this process is a layer of zinc on each side of the steel sheet or
coil, tightly adhered to the steel through the formation of an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer.
The bonding layer is created by a diffusion process when heated steel is in contact with molten zinc. Chesterfield
