Hot dipped GI steel sheet & coil is made of carbon steel coated in zinc using the hot-dip process. During this process, a layer of zinc is adhered to each side of the steel sheet or coil through the formation of an iron-zinc alloy bonding layer. This layer is created by a diffusion process, while the steel is in contact with molten zinc.

Packaging and Shipping of Galvanized Steel Sheet:
