Hot Dipped GI steel coil is an ideal steel product for many reasons. It is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone an acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. This method of galvanizing steel sheet and coil provides excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc's characteristic.
