Prime Quality 0.43 x 1200 mm Galvalume Steel Coil Mild Steel Coil
Galvalume Steel Coil is carbon steel sheet coated with aluminum-zinc alloy by a continuous
hot-dip process. The nominal coating composition is 55% aluminum and 45% zinc. A small
but important addition of silicon is included in the coating alloy. It is added not to enhance
the corrosion performance, but to provide good coating adhesion to the steel substrate when
the product is roll-formed, drawn, or bent during fabrication.
Galvalume Steel Coil is an ideal roofing material because of its strength, extraordinary outdoor
corrosion resistance and longevity. Galvalume is offered in both bare and pre-painted versions.

Advantages of Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume is most valued because of its resistance to corrosion. Because aluminum is added to
the coating, it is twice as resistant to corrosion as galvanized steel. The material is well-suited
for environments with exposure to high humidity and extreme weather.
Galvalume is highly reflective and resistant to extreme temperatures, meaning it minimizes absorption
of heat and boosts energy efficiency when used as a roofing material. Using galvalume roofing panels
will reduce both cooling and heating expenses throughout the year.
Many people choose galvalume because of its low price point in comparison to galvanized steel. Itis a
low-maintenance material that will last for at least 40 years, providing significant savings throughout
its lifetime.
Construction: civil and industrial building roofs, facades, substrates for painted rolls, garage doors.
Industrial instruments: electric control cabinets, industrial freezers, vending machines.
Usually, building roofs are the most widely used.
Galvalume Steel (also called Aluzinc Steel) are mainly used in building, automobiles, metallurgy, electric equipments and more.
